Madrid Highlights Diversity and Coexistence

A new gathering in Madrid brought together community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event, hosted by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, highlighted intercultural coexistence, religious freedom and respect. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers presented different experiences and viewpoints on how mutual knowledge can strengthen coexistence.

During the event, participants considered themes eu newsroom rapid such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when supported by education and dialogue.
